Music event organisers Cottonfest and sponsors put on a best trick comp and tricks for skate cash comp at Battery Park on November 19, hosted by Day Marumo and MCd by Josh ‘Spice’ Chisholm. Many of Cape Town’s best skaters plus a couple of out-of-towners attended and ripped the concrete skate park to pieces, the best tricks winning them anywhere between 50 bucks and a grand. blunt attended and while dodging flying boards and navigating the substantial crowd, snapped off a few pics. It was a sick event, we hope to see more like it again soon. Thanks to everyone involved in hosting it. – bluntEd.
